About Me

Hello and welcome.

My name is Tara. I'm a dedicated Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotist, and EFT Tapping Practitioner. I love empowering people to understand their body, mind, and energy field.

I enjoy bridging the gap between holistic and Western medicine while providing a safe atmosphere to heal and move forward. I am always looking to integrate new therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for practitioners in every field.

I am here to hold space for you and facilitate healing physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I would like to acknowledge that I practice on the unceded ancestral land of the Duwamish people past and present and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish people.
